Did the red border chest 4 times this week and only got it once. Even after combing through and making sure only the correct 3 symbols were on the chest wouldn't spawn. On my 4th run, 1 nor 2 were needed and it spawned just fine. If you're doing red chest, restart until you get a combination that doesn't contain 1 or 2.
