I've played a lot of fallout, and I like Cyberpunk a lot more. The combat is more fluid and makes more sense, where fallout feels like it punishes you for fighting. The combat feels much, much closer to far cry than fallout for sure. The dialog options seem fairly consequential to me, though I always found them that way in fallout, so YMMV.
