The only thing I could surmise after trying on the garment is that it had been washed or dry cleaned and shrunk, so yes go with the measurements that they have listed. Also particularly with higher end designer stores and certain designers in particular (Calvin Klein suits) the busts run small, and the dress bust measurements are very small. 4 ...
