mic-o-say. The Tribe of Mic-O-Say is an honor camping society that was founded in the Heart of America Council. The Tribe is active at both camps Bartle and Geiger. Many of our Scouts choose to answer the call to join the Tribe each year. Troop 459 is very active with the Tribe at H.
