Sure thing. Just like defeating NKG, Banishment gives you 1%. So as far as full completion is concerned, it doesn't matter what choice you pick. Nightmare King Grimm is not required for 112% completion. It counts as the same 1% as Banishment. No matter what choice you will make, you will still get that 1%.
